Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost. Most orders will ship the same day and any orders placed after hours or on weekends will ship the next business day.

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. We plan to expand our shipping options in the future.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

• Returned items should be free of excessive stains, odors, or damage
  
• Items that are incomplete or not in acceptable condition may be subject to a reduced refund

• We provide a prepaid return label for all approved returns
  
• A $14.95 return fee will be deducted from your refund
  
• Only one fee applies per order
  
• Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the return label

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Please contact our customer service team to start the return or exchange process. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Yes, NuSheets warrants our products to be free of all defects in material and workmanship for 30-days from the original date of purchase. This warranty extends to the original buyer. Within the period of this warranty, NuSheets will repair or replace, free of charge, any part of your sheets proving defective in material or workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents.

Our sheets are fully machine washable. We recommend washing them in cold water with similar colors and tumble drying on low. Remember to always disconnect the sheets before washing and drying. The Sleep Lock System should be washed by itself.

Yes! Our snap-on system is designed to be so simple that even children and teens can change their sheets effortlessly.
